Welcome to NBH Partnership Member Online Services!
Northeast Behavioral Health Partnership is dedicated to maintaining high levels of customer service for all Members. The OMFA Director and local Advocates maintain a customer service focus and are responsible for handling Member grievances and appeals. Their roles and responsibilities include the following:
- Promote recovery by empowering Members and family members to voice their concerns;
- Listen respectfully, carefully and sensitively to Members and family members;
- Inform Members and family members about their rights;
- Provide clarifying information about the health plan, access, benefits and grievance procedures;
- Help Members use the most effective processes to resolve benefit and service issues; and
- Receive, investigate, facilitate, problem-solve, promote resolution and report grievances/appeals.
- Provide education and training for empowerment and recovery

If you are an NBHP Medicaid member, we offer secure on-line services to help you make the most of your Medicaid mental health benefits. You MUST have an active Colorado Medicaid number to log onto these secure pages.
- Member Connect - This site lets you view details about your mental health services. You can log into this secure site to read about benefits and coverage, service approvals and letters. You can also take a quick survey Only you can see the information once you create a secure log in.
- ReferralConnect - This site helps you find a provider. You can search our large network of providers by zip code to find one close to you.
